SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 6, 2026

Program Description

MX Towing & Recovery uses text messaging to communicate with customers about towing and roadside service. By opting in, you agree to receive customer care and service text messages from MX Towing & Recovery at the mobile number you provide. Messages include dispatch confirmations, arrival time (ETA) updates, requests to confirm your vehicle location, and follow up about your service request or invoice. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

How You Opt In

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our Send Location form and submitting it with your mobile number, or by texting or calling us and asking us to text you about your service. Consent is not required to receive towing or roadside service and is not a condition of any purchase. If you prefer, you can call us at (513) 294-8691 instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service request. Most customers receive a small number of messages tied to a single service call.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive. We do not charge a fee for our text messages.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also call (513) 294-8691 or email info@mxtowingrecovery.com to opt out.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (513) 294-8691 or info@mxtowingrecovery.com.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging is available on most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
